Boracay Activities: Exploring Boracay's Puka Beach and White Beach

The next day, we spent the morning eating breakfast and we also did some photo opportunity in White beach.  As I've said from the previous post, we're done with most of our activites from yesterday.  This day was a more relaxing day for us.

Puka Beach

Miliflores De Boracay

Miliflores De Boracay is a recommendation by our officemate.  This is not a hotel but the rooms are complete with hotel amenities. And what's best is that they have affordable rate for such an incredible room.  Rates today ranges from Php 2,900-3,900 for maximum of  4 pax, with free set breakfast for 2. It is located in Station 1 Boracay not beachfront but literally few walks away from the beach, at the back of Astoria de Boracay.  I highly recommend this one, and if given a chance I would book this when in Boracay again. We spent a couple of hours staying here before heading to Station 2 for early lunch.

Beach Hut Bar Boracay

One of my favorite refreshment in the island is the drinks from the Beach Hut Bar.  This is located in Station 1 near Starbucks Coffee. I like that this plastic drinking bottle became my pasalubong for my nephew.

Puka Beach

Puka Beach is another beautiful beach in Boracay island.  This is usually part of the island hopping trip but being on a budget, we decided to take a tricycle to reach the beach. (Php 100-150 per tricycle, depends on haggling with the driver) The beach is quite awesome to be this secluded, far away from the resorts in White Beach.  So if you're looking for a beach less crowded, visit Puka beach too!

We spent a lot of time chilling and swimming in Puka beach after our early lunch.  The water is so clear you can even see your feet.  I hope they will keep this as clean as possible.

Jonah's Fruit Shake and Snack Bar

In between 3-4pm, we decided to go back to White Beach (via tricycle).  This is said to be the most popular fruit shake in Boracay, so we tried their mango shake.  It's good but to be honest, there's nothing so surprising about the taste compared to other mango juice I've tried here in Boracay.  Maybe we should have tried other flavors available.

While Pikapi, is playing volleyball with his new found volleyball playmates, we took this time to just chill and wait for the sunset here in white beach.

Sunset at Willy's Rock

At dinner, I had to excuse myself from my friends, went dinner with my cousin and his family. You can find affordable eat all you can dinner available somewhere between Station 2 to 3 in white beach that you can also try.   Thanks for the free dinner Kuya Willy! ;)

Few times we have passed by this Lake Town, I grabbed my camera and took a minute to shoot it as this is our last night here.

Lake Town

The night is still young so me and my friends went to a bar after. Spent few hours drinking and dancing.

Boracay party

The next morning is a fun shoot and swimming in White Beach before heading back to Kalibo airport. Thank God for a great weather during our trip.

More snapshots!  See you when I see you Boracay! 'Til our next adventure!

Hey! Long time, no chat. Read your entry. I'm excited to come back to Boracay this November. It's been five years already so i have no clue what's happening in the island. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Just came across this blog as I was searching Boracay experiences from various people in the world. I last visited Boracay 2 years ago and recently, i've been hearing negative comments about this great place and I'm so happy that it was not ruined and the news are just from those who offer no room for rejections.
