Part10: Cebu-Bohol Trip (Day5) - Bohol Bee Farm

Panglao Tour can also be your option when you're in Bohol.

What to see in Panglao Tour?
Hinagdanan Cave
Bohol Bee Farm
Dauis Church
Alona White Beach
Panglao Church and watchtower

Kuya Arnel (0909-503-7692) also offer this tour (as well as other bohol car rentals) so you may ask for the rates. Because it's  our time to go home and we still need to ride a ferry back to Cebu, we chose to just visit the Bohol Bee Farm.  I must say that if we have more time, I'll definitely try going to Hinagdanan Cave too.

Our Last Stop: Bohol Bee Farm

I'm not a bee person really, but I enjoyed Bohol Bee Farm tour especially everything about bees - the Guard Bee, the Queen, the pollination and a lot more! You can also see organic plants here (no chemical process) and different herbs and spices. Bohol Bee Farm also provides accomodations if you would like to stay here. I enjoyed their souvenir shop, free taste for all their products! I think this is a good marketing strategy to attract customers to buy, especially if their products are really good.  And who would not want to try their famous ice cream, sweetened not by sugar but by honey of course.

THE BEES!!!

because the bees are very hardworking, the guard bees do not allow working bees to enter without pollens

Do you know that all working bees are female bees?

Top of the world!

There's so much things to know, visiting this bee farm makes me feel like refreshing my gradeschool years learning all about bees.

THE WEAVING AREA
Weaving is one of the oldest traditional way of doing crafts wherein two sets of threads are interlaced to form a fabric or a cloth.  I've done weaving before but never with this device called "loom".  It's a lot of fun trying it.

 finished products

 other colorful handicrafts

THE OVERLOOKING RESTAURANT

If you stay here at Bohol Bee Farm, you can do snorkeling too

THE SHOP

THE BUZZ!!!
Ice cream here with 2 scoops for Php 40.00 so you may try two flavors at a time.  Different flavors awaits you, like malunggay and lemon grass ice cream.

BACK TO CEBU AND LECHON CEBU

We headed our way back to Cebu for our flight to Manila.  Before our trip ended, we take a cab to try and  eat our late lunch at the Famous CnT Lechon just infront of SM Cebu.  Half kilo of lechon for less Php 300.00. Yum yum!!

ah nope, on our bohol trip, we were at the loboc river cruise to eat for lunch. I really don't know where he ate but we didn't pay for his meal and he didin't ask din naman. On our second day, we we're only brought to bohol bee farm around 8-9am then proceed to the ferry to cebu, kaya we didn't have the chance to eat for lunch.

it was such a relief to find your blog. We're about to go on a 6-day Cebu-Bohol vacation this coming September. very similar with what you had. I was the one assigned to organize everything. and the places and tips that you provided would be very helpful for me in planning our itineraries. can you give me an estimate of how much should we bring when we go there (per person)? Our group will be composed of 6-8 members. Hope you can help me with this. Thanks!

We were only four and i think we had around 8-9k for everything except plane ticket and pasalubong. You could bring that same amount but I assure you it will be much cheaper since expenses will be divided into 6-8
