    I stayed in UKL Ever in Laoag, and it was great!
    One of the best hotels I've stayed in, in the Philippines, because it had everything I needed:
    Central, comfortable bed, AC, Wifi, flat screen TV, private bathroom, hot water, all for only P600 (for a single, P800 for double) one of the cheapest in town!
