Part 2: Trip to El Nido, Palawan Day 2 - Island Hopping Tour A (Small Lagoon, Big Lagoon, Shimizu Island, Secret Lagoon, Papaya Beach)

The next day, we were very much excited with our island hopping trip.  Well, being first timers, we opt to choose the famous and default Tour A and Tour C because we only have limited time that we wouldn't be able to avail all of the island hopping tours in El Nido.

Corong Corong in the morning.

We had our breakfast first in Telesfora which is included in our accommodation. The island hopping tours usually starts around 9am so we still have time to prepare and gaze at the lovely view here in Corong Corong.

Just woke up. Drooling over the view.

The group tour pic!

First Stop: Small Lagoon
On our first stop, we went to Small Lagoon.  It's actually big in size, but there's a bigger lagoon, which they called Big Lagoon.  We spent most of the time here because it is crazy fun and very beautiful!  There's kayak for rent as boats are not allowed inside.  You can either swim or do kayak, and we did both.  Everyone loved Small Lagoon. For me, this is a must visit when in El Nido.

Second Stop: Big Lagoon
The clear blue waters of Big Lagoon is amazing.  We just took our pictures here.

Third Stop: Shimizu Island
We went to Shimizu Island and this is where we had our lunch. We stroll around, took a lot of pictures too. One can also do snorkeling here, just make sure to ask your boatman/guide if they have snorkeling gear before the start of island hopping. It is best to wear your aqua shoes here due to lot of stones/corals along the shore.

Shimizu island is a pretty sight too

Our sumptuous lunch. Fish is the best!

Fourth Stop: Secret Lagoon
My friends got frustrated that the Secret Lagoon is not as amzaing as the other island. There's just a small hole in the island were everyone got inside to see what's in there. That's it.  Nevertheless, I think one of the most photogenic island in El Nido is the island where Secret Lagoon is located.

Funny, we had photobomber here haha!

Fifth Stop:  Papaya Beach
Last but not the least is Papaya beach.  The very fine sand is what makes this a great island as well. It reminds me of the sands of White Beach in Boracay.  Though we noticed some small jellyfish in the beach, we're not sure if it's safe to swim, so we just stroll around, and took pictures.

Part of our daily activity was to catch the sunset in Corong Corong.  It was a beautiful sight.  As usual we went to El Nido proper and had dinner at Art Cafe as what I've said from my previous post.  Tomorrow is another day for another island hopping experience! :)
